Geoff Reiss is an Honorary Fellow of the UK Association for Project Management and Past President of ProgM, the Association for Project Management Specific Interest Group in Program Management. Reiss today works independently as a trainer and mentor in programne management. After 12 years as a construction project planner for Bovis in UK, the Middle and Far East, he co-authored the Apple Project Manager, Pertmaster and Pertmaster Advance project management software systems. He was a founder and Features Editor of Project Manager Today magazine where he often wrote the ‘Project of the Month’. He was also the founder of Hydra Development Corporation.

His first book Project Management Demystified, become a best-selling books in its topic and is now part of a four book series including:
