The roadshows will be kicked off with a Keynote by a Microsoft speaker describing a new license model for Team Members on Project Online as well as trends for the next product version.

The first session discusses how Project Portfolio Management (PPM) can benefit from using Enterprise Social technologies like SharePoint, Project, Lync and Yammer. You will learn how you can speed up innovation, connect and engage your employees and transcend traditional organizational structures. Productivity is increased through improved team collaboration and communication within and across organizations. It will explain what changes in organizational culture are necessary to ensure a successful business transformation.

Afterwards Campana & Schott will show how to enhance your PPM platform – both online and on premise – and deliver added value to your stakeholders using Apps from the SharePoint Store. Campana & Schott will demonstrate four examples for Task & Risk Management, Trend Analysis and Master Data to increase the productivity of Project Managers, Administrators, and the Project Team.

Finally, Campana & Schott will look at Innovation Management, an essential process for most companies dealing with product or organizational development. Innovation management normally starts with capturing project ideas. This process is supported through Ideation – the new approach with Microsoft Project Online and SharePoint Online. It will show how to support the complete project life-cycle from idea creation to evaluation of project proposals and realizing approved projects.
