Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O) describes how to build effective governance structures for managing portfolios, programmes and projects that are tailored to the needs of the organisation.

The P3O publication has recently been refreshed to reflect current best practices and improve alignment with other products in the Best Management Practice portfolio including MoP® (Management of Portfolios), MoV® (Management of Value) and MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes). A number of other revisions have also been made to improve the guidance.
