He or she:

• does not listen.
• is insensitive.
• is abrasive.
• People are afraid of him/her, ie. intimidated by him/her.
• No one likes him/her, other than himself/herself.
• thinks too highly of himself/herself, and talks down to others.
• enjoys public flogging and degrading people in public.
• is very demanding and impossible to reason with.
• is technically inept.
• interpersonal skills leave a lot to be desired.
• doesn’t contribute but steals the credit from others.
• talks a lot but never walks the talk.
• always finds fault and flaws with others, but does not see the problems he/she creates.
• is always critical of others, but does not see his/her own incompetence; eg. spelling mistakes, typos, ad nauseum.
• should get his phone and headset fixed so he/she can hear what others are saying.
• repeats himself/herself a lot.
