Mercredi 8 – Scrum . Org – Being Effective in The Coaching Stance
There are seemingly countless ways to help agile teams become more effective. At the end of the day though, when it comes to truly unlocking the full potential of an agile team and reaping all the benefits Professional Scrum has to offer, people, teams, and organizations have to embrace new ways of thinking. And if you’re a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or another type of change agent in an organization, it can be challenging to encourage people on their journey to embrace new ways of thinking and working.
Fortunately, we can lean on coaching to aid us in this work. Coaching is a non-directive way of meeting a person where they are on their journey, helping them connect with their existing talent and wisdom, and leading them to find within themselves what it takes to try new things. Additionally, coaching is critical for enabling change and transformation that sticks.

Jeudi 9 – PMI Switzerland – Can agile enable a full scope transformation approach?

Nowadays everyone is talking about agile and its great potential for quickly delivering value to organisations and customers. Anyone following this discussion might get the impression that agile is a silver bullet. While some organisations have demonstrated success in agile project or programme delivery, others have been seriously struggling to quickly deliver the expected benefits – or to deliver anything at all.
Why is that? Have these organisations suffered a lack of agile education and experience or made inappropriate use of agile methods and tools; did they encounter resistance to cultural change, or was there just a lack of discipline? Was it maybe a combination of all these factors?

Strategy development and delivery is far from perfect in many organizations. Why is this?
There are many well documented reasons, but many of them boil down to ineffective organizational governance failing to hold our innovative excitement together.

We don’t have to wait for magic to happen anymore. Join us for this webinar to discover how we can leverage ISO 37000 and the Business Integrated Governance model to help us organize ourselves for success better.

Mardi 21 – Scrum . Org – Don’t Just go Through the Motions, Practice Professional Scrum
Scrum was originally developed for complex software development projects, but is now being used on almost any type of team-based product work. The framework as defined in the Scrum Guide is a simple yet powerful way to bring order to complexity through learning by providing frequent opportunities for frequent feedback on both how we work and the thing we have and will be working on.
While many people are practicing Scrum, practicing it effectively requires something more than just following the mechanics and fundamentals of the framework. Professional Scrum helps teams get out of that mechanical, going through the motions habit when it comes to Scrum. In this Scrum Pulse webinar, Eric Naiburg, COO, Scrum.org will walk the audience through how Professional Scrum is different and how it requires the Scrum Values, mindset techniques for ways of working and thinking, focusing on outcomes and an environment that supports Professional Scrum including trust.

Mardi 28 – Scrum . Org – 10 Tips To Facilitate Effective Sprint Reviews
The purpose of the Sprint Review is to inspect the outcome of the Sprint and determine future adaptations. It is an impactful Scrum event that can potentially make or break your organization’s Scrum adoption. However, it might also be one of the most misunderstood and poorly facilitated Scrum Events.
Sometimes, the Sprint Review ends up as an event where Developers demo tons of details that make no sense to stakeholders. At other times, it can become an elaborate, choreographed promotional event to showcase the talent of the Scrum Team. In either case, the responses are usually underwhelming and the Sprint Review results in a waste of golden opportunities for valuable learning and course-correction.
