Au sein d’une entreprise la communication est essentielle et peut engendrer de l’incompréhension, du désaccord ou au contraire de l’adhésion, de la coopération selon la façon dont on la pratique. Plus un manager est sensibilisé à la communication dite « non violente » plus il adoptera une façon de communiquer qui lui permettra de réussir son management.
Il saura ainsi décoder ce qui relève d’une attaque verbale de ce qui n’en relève pas et clarifier un malentendu ou exprimer ses besoins à ses collaborateurs de façon claire et efficace. Si le différend naît de notre différence, en comprendre les causes, les formes et les mécanismes est une clé de réussite pour tout manager qui doit savoir éviter ou gérer une situation difficile.
