This includes their practices, tools and interactions, how they fulfill the accountabilities of their Scrum roles, and how they utilize the artifacts and events.
How does your team determine what to create and how do they create it? What practices (product management to engineering and quality) do they use? Practices can help enable and improve how your team communicates and collaborates to how they effectively use and grow team knowledge, skills, and capabilities. And much more.
There is a lot going on when it comes to delivering complex products in an uncertain and constantly changing world. In this webinar, Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer Stephanie Ockerman will break it down to 5 ways Scrum Teams can discover their opportunities to improve the many different aspects of their process.

The project manager must develop skills and competencies in several areas to be considered for an assign. In addition there are 4 major factors a project manager must address and continue to develop:

This presentation addresses the importance of the professional project manager in today’s business environment and the need for the project manager to continually enhance existing skills, adapt to a changing environment, and become a “go to” person in the organization.

Mardi 16 – Scrum . Org – Stop Pretending to Be Agile
According to the 15th annual State of Agile report, there has been a tremendous increase in the adoption of agile frameworks over the last year. Within software teams, agile adoption grew from 37% in 2020 to 86% in 2021.
In the midst of this Agile explosion, many teams are experiencing difficulties. According to the 15th Annual State of Agile report, 46% of survey respondents report struggles with inconsistent practices and 43% report cultural classes.

Why is this? Often, organizations and teams that adopt Scrum have not fully embraced the concepts behind empiricism (making decisions based on what is known), and have not adopted the three pillars that make empiricism possible: transparency, inspection and adaptation.
In this Scrum Pulse webinar, Professional Scrum Trainer Mary Iqbal will discuss the common signs of pretending to be agile and how you can use Empiricism to stop pretending.

Mardi 30 – ICCP – Complex Project Systems of Systems Emergent Behaviour Phenomenon
Many techniques exist to detect emergence. Some techniques may be more appropriate than others. These types of conditions are perhaps best tackled using an emerging strategy. Miller and Olleros (2000) argued that successful projects are not selected—they are shaped. Some generic examples of failure modes by Meier (2008) looked at projects within the U.S. Federal Intelligence and Defence agencies. He found a number of particular early warning signs that occurred frequently in these projects. Complex projects are characterised by unforeseen emergent behaviour and chaotic projects are where the relationships between cause and effect are impossible to determine. Others such as Sheffield et al, (2012) and Snowden & Boone (2007) also refer to complicated and dynamic projects.
