Par les nombreuses initiatives de déploiement des clients publics comme privés, les projets BIM se multiplient dans le paysage québécois de la construction. Les gestionnaires de projet (qu’ils soient du côté des professionnels, donneurs d’ouvrage ou entrepreneurs), parfois impliqués pour la première fois sur ce type de projet, peuvent avoir le réflexe de déléguer toutes les tâches liées au BIM à leur équipe technique ou leur équipe de production, alors que les composantes les plus importantes du BIM sont directement et intimement liées à la gestion de projets. La présentation survolera l’aspect gestion de projets BIM en faisant le pont entre les composantes BIM et les notions de gestion de projet pour familiariser les participant(e)s avec les aspects incontournables de la gestion des projets BIM.

Mardi 11 – Lausanne – SMP – L’approche par la vulnérabilité, une manière différente d’évaluer les risques projets !

En bonne pratique, l’évaluation d’un risque porte sur sa probabilité ou sa fréquence de survenance ainsi que sur son impact. L’intervenant propose une manière complémentaire de faire : évaluer la vulnérabilité à un ou à des risques en utilisant différents critères, qui peuvent non seulement être utilisés dans la gestion de projets, mais aussi pour l’entreprise. Il suggère également de lier les risques à des catégories de risques. Ce faisant, le responsable de projet peut ensuite apporter plus ou moins de granularité lorsqu’il rend compte des risques de son projet ou de son programme.

La présentation portera sur comment utiliser le management de la valeur au niveau de l’entreprise, dans le but de mieux définir le portefeuille de projets et de le prioriser. Megaprojects can be perceived as modern symbols; they are crucial for the encapsulation of ideas, attitudes, and beliefs. This webinar explores which exegetical meanings (meaning derived from local interpretations) a megaproject can encapsulate and how this shapes the megaproject’s process. We discuss a longitudinal study of how the Dutch High Speed Train megaproject was executed. The findings show three exegetical meanings of the megaproject which were used for strategic goals, resulting in power struggles, delays, cost overrun, and finally a negative symbol of a failed megaproject.
