After the successes of 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 QRP will organise on Thursday the 22nd of October 2015 the Belgian Best Practice FORUM. This 5th Edition of the yearly QRP Forum is aimed to help (future) Project, Programme and Portfolio managers and has an informative character.
Keeping the same structure of the previous editions, the event aims to be a presentation of succesfull stories from Companies and Organization that are already following the path of the Project/ Programme/ Portfolio management implementation, as well as the presence of our experienced trainers and consultants that will draw the big picture of these methodologies/ framework.
“There is no good project management until you don’t have a strong programme management; there is no good programme management until you don’t have a strong portfolio management.”
The goal is to show how Projects → Programmes → and Portfolios are not only working together in a framework, but most of all, they interact and complement each other in a ever growing “maturity model”.
