Value may be the most overused word in presentations. And for good reason. Delivering business value is what a project is about. But what about the value left behind? What if we should have delivered twice as much or even ten times as much? Who is monitoring what’s left behind? How can we measure the impact of a decision on value delivered AND on value left behind?
