24-26 Novembre – Warsaw – 5th International PMI Poland Chapter Congress

The main objective of the Congress is to bequeath practical and substantial knowledge on project management at the world-highest level. The meeting serves a purpose of the experience exchange platform for the professionals whose work relates to the broadly understood project realization and for those who want to improve themselves in this field.

Information about the Congress

The Congress offers 10 sessions in following Areas of Focus:

  • Project Management in Organization (PMO, Program and Portfolio Management, Organizational Project Management Maturity, Project-Based Organizations)
  • Risk Management
  • Agile Methodologies
  • EU projects

and a one-day workshop on 24 November, 2010:

  • Recognizing and solving conflicts in the project

Congress sessions will be delivered in English by appreciated international experts in Project management. Among them:

  • Prof. Rodney Turner – the editor of the International Project Management Journal, awarded with the PMI Research Achievement Award 2004
  • Gerard Hill – the world’s no 1 in Project Management Office
  • Dr. David Hillson – the world’s no 1 in Risk Management, PMI Fellow Award 2010
  • Dr. Steven Flannes – the world’s no 1 in project’s soft skills
  • Claudia Baca – the leader of the team that produced the second edition of the standard for, Project Management Maturity OPM3®, the most important standard for Organizational Project Management Maturity

Important for PMP® holders: The participants of the Congress and the workshop will be given a certificate and 19 PDUs.
